Trend koji osvaja svijet"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U vremenu kada se sve odvija brzo i pod pritiskom, sve vi\u0161e ljudi okre\u0107e se novom trendu, takozvanom &#8220;sporom jutru&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Umjesto haoti\u010dnog ustajanja uz alarm i \u017eurbe na sve strane, fokus je na mirnom po\u010detku dana i stvaranju rutine koja prija i tijelu i umu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ovaj na\u010din \u017eivota podrazumijeva da se ustane malo ranije kako bi se dan zapo\u010deo bez stresa, uz kafu, lagani doru\u010dak, ti\u0161inu ili omiljenu muziku. Mnogi u to uklju\u010duju i kratko istezanje, \u0161etnju ili jednostavno vrijeme bez telefona, \u0161to poma\u017ee da se misli &#8220;slegnu&#8221; prije nego \u0161to obaveze krenu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Psiholozi isti\u010du da ovakav po\u010detak dana mo\u017ee zna\u010dajno da uti\u010de na raspolo\u017eenje i produktivnost. Ljudi koji praktikuju &#8220;sporo jutro&#8221; \u010desto navode da su smireniji, fokusiraniji i manje pod stresom tokom dana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Iako mo\u017eda zvu\u010di kao luksuz, istina je da je dovoljno i 20 minuta ranijeg ustajanja da bi se napravila razlika.
