Izdvojili smo za vas recepte, \u0161to \u0107e neke od starijih uku\u0107ana vjerojatno teleportirati u djetinjstvo i Bo\u017ei\u0107 kakav su tada poznavali, dok \u0107e mla\u0111ima donijeti prave \u010dari tradicionalnih slastica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bo\u017ei\u0107ni kola\u010di za savr\u0161ene blagdane<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dok razmi\u0161ljate kako ove godine urediti dom i koju hranu pripremiti ili koje poklone odabrati, nudimo tradicionalne recepte za neke od \u201cmust have\u201d kola\u010da i savr\u0161en uvod u blagdane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Orahnja\u010da<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Priprema ove tradicionalne doma\u0107e slastice nije komplicirana, ali zahtijeva vrijeme i trud kako bi uspjela i bila ba\u0161 poput bakine. Bo\u017ei\u0107ni kola\u010di poput orahnja\u010de vrijedni su svakog truda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sastojci potrebni za tijesto<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 kg bra\u0161na<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 dcl mlijeka<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 dkg margarina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 jaja<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 dkg \u0161e\u0107era<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 dkg kosane masti<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 dkg kvasca<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sol<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>malo korice od limuna<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>malo ruma<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sastojci za nadjev<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>40 dkg oraha<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 dcl mlijeka<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 vanilin \u0161e\u0107er<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 \u017elice ruma<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 dkg \u0161e\u0107era<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Priprema<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kvasac rastopite u malo mlijeka, dodajte malo \u0161e\u0107era i ostavite da se di\u017ee. U bra\u0161no dodajte jaja, mlijeko, margarin, mast, kvasac i ostale sastojke. Dobro umijesite, dok tijesto ne postane glatko. Ostavite dizati dva sata, a zatim razvaljajte i prema\u017eite nadjevom (dolje opisan).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tijesto dobro savijte i razre\u017eite na dva komada duljine lima. Stavite ga u dobro nama\u0161\u0107en i pobra\u0161njen lim dizati jo\u0161 jedan sat. Prema\u017eite \u017eutanjkom i pecite na temperaturi od 200\u00b0C. Kada je orahnja\u010da pe\u010dena, prema\u017eite slatkom \u0161e\u0107ernom vodom, izvadite iz lima i polo\u017eite na tvrdu podlogu da se ohladi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nadjev<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mljevene orahe poparite vrelim mlijekom i dodajte rum, vanilin \u0161e\u0107er i naribanu koricu limuna. Izmije\u0161ajte \u017eumanjke, jaje, sol, vanilin \u0161e\u0107er, rum, vrhnje, \u0161e\u0107er i limunovu koricu. Dodajte bra\u0161no, dignuti kvasac i ostatak mlijeka. Kuha\u010dom tucite tijesto dok se po\u010dne odvajati od posude i pojave mjehuri\u0107i. Tijesto stavite dizati na toplo dok se ne udvostru\u010di. Ponovno ga istucite, stavite na pobra\u0161njenu dasku i podijelite na dva dijela. Premijesite, razvaljajte 1-1,5 cm debelo, prema\u017eite nadjevom, \u010dvrsto savijte, stavite u nama\u0161ten lim 20\u00d736 i pustite da se di\u017ee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kad se udvostru\u010di, pecite oko 50 minuta do 1 sat na 180-200\u00b0C. Pe\u010deno pokrijte \u010distom kuhinjskom krpom i pustite da se ohladi. Po \u017eelji posipajte i \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu. Ako se kola\u010d naglo zape\u010de, dalje ga pecite pokrivenog folijom ili masnim papirom, da ne bude jako taman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Priprema za nadjev<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mljeveni mak, \u0161e\u0107er, vanilin \u0161e\u0107er i limunovu koricu izmije\u0161ajte i prelijte kipu\u0107im mlijekom. Dodajte rum i snijeg od bjelanjaka. Lagano promije\u0161ajte i prema\u017eite tijesto. Koli\u010dinu sastojaka za nadjev po \u017eelji smanjite, ako ne volite da ga je puno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ma\u0111arica<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ma\u0111arica nije samo tradicionalna blagdanska slastica, ve\u0107 slastica bez koje ne mo\u017eemo zamisliti nijedan doga\u0111aj \u2013 od svadbe, ro\u0111endana, krstitki pa do Uskrsa i Bo\u017ei\u0107a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sastojci<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Kore<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><ul><li>60 dkg bra\u0161na20 dkg \u0161e\u0107era u prahu15 dkg margarina1 kiselo vrhnje2 jaja1 pra\u0161ak za pecivo 1\/2 male \u017eli\u010dice soli<\/li><\/ul><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Krema<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 1\/2 l mlijeka<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 dkg bra\u0161na<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 dkg gustina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25 dkg \u0161e\u0107era<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 dkg \u010dokolade<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25 dkg margarina<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Glazura<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>7 dkg margarina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>15 dkg \u010dokolade<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 \u017elice ulja<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Priprema<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Kore<\/strong>: Sve sastojke izmije\u0161ati dok se ne dobije ujedna\u010dena smjesa, a potom smjesu podijeliti na \u0161est do osam jednakih dijelova i od njih razviti kore. Svaku koru pe\u0107i 7-8 minuta na 180\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Krema<\/strong>: 1 1\/2 l mlijeka staviti u lonac, oduzeti 3 dcl i u to staviti 10 dkg bra\u0161na te 5 dkg gustina. Sve to istresti u hladno mlijeko (preostalih 1,2 litre), dodati 25 dkg \u0161e\u0107era, dodati 20 dkg \u010dokolade i 25 dkg margarina, promije\u0161ati i ostaviti da se kuha pritom stalno mije\u0161aju\u0107i.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kada je gotovo, smjesu je potrebno istresti u posudu i promiksati tri do \u010detiri puta, a potom kremom premazati kore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Glazura<\/strong>: 7 dkg margarina kuhati dok ne prokuha, a potom maknuti s vatre. Dodati 15 dkg \u010dokolade i ostaviti da se otopi. Dodati jednu do dvije \u017elice ulja, potom promije\u0161ati da se izjedna\u010di i preliti kola\u010d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Raspucanci<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/womeninadria.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/bozicni-kolaci-2.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-18983\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sastojci<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>200 g tamne \u010dokolade<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 g glatkog bra\u0161na<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 jaja<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 g sme\u0111eg \u0161e\u0107era<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 g maslaca<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>prstohvat soli<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pola \u017eli\u010dice pra\u0161ka za pecivo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 vanilin \u0161e\u0107er<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u0161e\u0107er u prahu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Priprema<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u010cokoladu rastopite na pari i pustite ju da se ohladi. \u0160e\u0107er, jaja i vanilin \u0161e\u0107er promije\u0161ajte do pjenaste strukture te dodajte maslac i otopljenu \u010dokoladu. Sve sastojke pove\u017eite mikserom. U zasebnoj posudi pomije\u0161ajte bra\u0161no, pra\u0161ak za pecivo te dodajte prstohvat soli. Polako dodajte smjesi jaja, \u0161e\u0107era, maslaca i \u010dokolade mije\u0161aju\u0107i lagano. Nakon \u0161to ste dobili jednoli\u010dno tijesto, stavite ga u hladnjak i pokrijte na dva sata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zagrijte pe\u0107nicu na 180 stupnjeva i pripremite dva lima za pe\u010denje oblo\u017eene papirima za pe\u010denje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pripremite posudu sa \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu za valjanje kuglica. \u017dli\u010dicom vadite tijesto veli\u010dine oraha, a kuglice oblikujte rukama te tako oblikovane uvaljajte u \u0161e\u0107er u prahu. Kuglice prebacite na lim za pe\u010denje i poslo\u017eite ih paze\u0107i na razmak izme\u0111u svake.
