Popularni klasi\u010dni cheesecake svakako je najpoznatija torta od sira, ali i on dolazi u bezbroj varijacija i savr\u0161en je za eksperimentiranje. Mi vam danas donosimo recept za tortu od sira bez pe\u010denja, \u010dokoladnu tortu od sira i tortu od sira sa \u0161umskim vo\u0107em.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Samo 5 sastojaka i bez pe\u010denja<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ljeti su nam najdra\u017ee <strong>torte od sira koje se ne peku<\/strong>. U nastavku je <a href=\"https:\/\/klik.hr\/novo\/najjednostavniji-recept-za-cheesecake-bez-pecenja-svega-pet-sastojaka\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">recept <\/a>za jednu takvu, a osim \u0161to ne morate paliti pe\u0107nicu, ne morati ni u veliku nabavku namirnica. Za ovu tortu potrebno je samo pet sastojaka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sastojci za podlogu:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>250 grama mljevenih keksa (Petit Beurre, \u010dajni koluti\u0107i i sli\u010dni keksi bez nadjeva)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 &#8211; 150 grama omek\u0161anog ili otopljenog maslaca ili margarina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u0160e\u0107er (nije obavezan jer su keksi ve\u0107 zasla\u0111eni)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sastojci za kremu:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>500 grama krem ili svje\u017eeg sira (na primjer Philadelphia)\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 mililitara vrhnja za \u0161lag<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jedan vanilin \u0161e\u0107er ili nekoliko kapi arome vanilije<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u0160e\u0107er (nije obavezno, no ako \u017eelite, stavite 3-4 \u017elice)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Priprema:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prvo \u0107emo pripremiti\u00a0<strong>podlogu.<\/strong> Kekse sameljite i pomije\u0161ajte s\u00a0otopljenim maslacem (i \u0161e\u0107erom, ako ste ga odlu\u010dili dodati). Dobivenom smjesom rukama oblo\u017eite kalup za torte koji ste prethodno namastili maslacem. \u017delite da vam smjesa na dnu bude\u00a0<strong>malo deblja<\/strong>\u00a0(7-8 mm), a\u00a0<strong>uz rubove mo\u017ee biti tanja.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Slijedi priprema\u00a0<strong>kreme.<\/strong> Mikserom umutite sir, vanilin \u0161e\u0107er i \u0161e\u0107er (ako ste ga odlu\u010dili dodati).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posebno umutite vrhnje za \u0161lag, pa ga umije\u0161ajte u sirnu kremu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preko ohla\u0111ene podloge od keksa prema\u017eite sirnu kremu i kola\u010d\u00a0<strong>ostavite nekoliko sati u hladnjaku<\/strong>\u00a0da se dobro ohladi i stisne. Ova mileram torta zasladit \u0107e va\u0161 dan<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Triple chocolate torta od sira <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tu su i Coolinarika torte od sira, a u nastavku je <a href=\"https:\/\/web.coolinarika.com\/recept\/triple-chocolate-cheesecake-f27adbdc-63e3-11eb-b392-0242ac12002b\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">recept <\/a>za <strong>triple chocolate<\/strong> tortu od sira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sastojci za \u010dokoladnu podlogu:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>200 g \u010dokoladnog keksa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>80 g maslaca<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sastojci za kremu:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 i pol vre\u0107ica \u017eelatine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 g kremastog sira \u2013 Vindija, ABC ili Philladelphia<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 \u0161alice \u0161e\u0107era u prahu (\u0161alica 250 ml)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 \u0161alice mlijeka (\u0161alica 250 ml)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 g otopljene bijele \u010dokolade<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 g otopljene tamne \u010dokolade<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 i pol \u0161alica Dukat vrhnja za slag (\u0161alica 250 ml)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Priprema:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kalup s mehanizmom od 24 cm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sameljite kekse da dobijete mrvice i dodajte rastopljeni maslac. Sve dobro izmije\u0161ajte.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prebacite mje\u0161avinu keksa i maslaca u kalup i dobro utisnite prstima, tako da dobijete <strong>tvrdu koru<\/strong>. Stavite u hladnjak na 20-ak minuta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pripremite \u017eelatinu prema uputama na vre\u0107ici \u2013 prelijte s nekoliko \u017elica vode, ostavite 10 minuta da odstoji i zagrijte. Dobro je <strong>sir dr\u017eati na sobnoj temperaturi prije miksanja<\/strong> jer \u0107e se puno bolje izraditi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Izradite vrhnje za \u0161lag.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>U zagrijanu \u017eelatinu dodajte 2 \u017elice nadjeva od sira i dobro izmije\u0161ajte, pa sve skupa dodajte u ostatak sira i nastavite mije\u0161ati. Dodajte tu\u010deno slatko vrhnje pa sve lagano <strong>izmije\u0161ajte silikonskom<\/strong> <strong>\u0161patulom<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Podijelite smjesu na dva dijela te u jedan dio dodajte rastopljenu bijelu \u010dokoladu, a u drugi rastopljenu tamnu \u010dokoladu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Na \u010dokoladnu koru dodajte krem sir s tamnom \u010dokoladom i sve stavite na 10 minuta u zamrziva\u010d, da se krema stisne.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nakon <strong>10 minuta<\/strong> stavite krem sir s bijelom \u010dokoladom i ostavite u hladnjaku da se hladi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ukrasite naribanom mlije\u010dnom \u010dokoladom ili po \u017eelji.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Pro\u010ditajte vi\u0161e: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.womeninadria.ba\/torta-od-jagoda\/\">Neodoljiva lagana torta od jagoda<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Torte od sira sa \u0161umskim vo\u0107em<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Veoma su popularne i torte od sira i \u0161umskog vo\u0107a, a ovo je <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jabuka.tv\/kuhajte-s-jabukom-lagana-i-ukusna-torta-od-sira-sa-socnim-preljevom-od-sumskog-voca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">recept <\/a>s kojim ne\u0107ete pogrije\u0161iti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sastojci za keks podlogu:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 150 g petit keksa<br>\u2022 75 g maslaca<br>\u2022 2 \u017elice \u0161e\u0107era<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u017duta krema:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 600 g krem sira<br>\u2022 4 jaja<br>\u2022 4 \u017elice \u0161e\u0107era<br>\u2022 1 vre\u0107ica vanilija \u0161e\u0107era<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bijeli preljev:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 3 dcl kiselog vrhnja<br>\u2022 2 \u017elice \u0161e\u0107era<br>\u2022 1 vre\u0107ica vanilija \u0161e\u0107era<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vo\u0107ni preljev:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 500 g \u0161umskog vo\u0107a<br>\u2022 2 \u017elice vode<br>\u2022 3 \u017elica \u0161e\u0107era<br>\u2022 1\/2 \u017elice griza<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Priprema:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sve sastojke s kojima \u0107ete raditi ostaviti jedno vrijeme na sobnoj temperaturi, a pe\u0107nicu zagrijte na 180\u00b0C.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Za keks podlogu usitnite keks. Keks nije potrebno da je samljeven, nego dobro usitnjen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rastopite maslac, tako da ga samo blago zagrijete dok ne postane teku\u0107i.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>U posudu stavite usitnjeni keks, dodajte mu omek\u0161ali maslac i dobro rukama izmije\u0161ajte da se sastojci spoje, smjesi dodajte \u0161e\u0107er i ponovno izmije\u0161ajte.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dobivenu smjesu usuti u <strong>kalup za torte veli\u010dine 26 cm<\/strong>. Rasporediti po kalupu i dobro utisnuti u kalup. To mo\u017eete napraviti rukama ili pomo\u0107u \u010da\u0161e, dobro paziti da rubovi budu ravnomjerno popunjeni.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keks staviti u pe\u0107nicu i pe\u0107i na 180 \u00b0C, nakon 5 do 7 minuta izvaditi iz pe\u0107nice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Za \u017eutu kremu u posudu stavite sir, 2 \u017elice \u0161e\u0107era, 4 \u017eutanjka i vanilija \u0161e\u0107era i dobro izradite da ne bude grudica.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>U drugoj posudi izradite 4 bjelanjka s 4 \u017elice \u0161e\u0107era.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spojite smjesu sa sirom i \u017eutanjcima s izra\u0111enim bjelanjcima, ali jako pa\u017eljivo, tako \u0161to \u0107ete u smjesu od sira <strong>pa\u017eljivo dodavati \u017elicu po \u017elicu tu\u010denih bjelanjaka uz stalno mije\u0161anje<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dobivenu \u017eutu kremu izlijte u kalup za torte preko zape\u010denoga keksa, izravnajte i ponovno vratite u pe\u0107nicu na 180 \u00b0C, 30 minuta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pred kraj pe\u010denja torte, kratko izmiksati vrhnje, \u0161e\u0107er i vanilija \u0161e\u0107er.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dobiveni bijelu kremu <strong>preliti preko vru\u0107e torte, ali jako pa\u017eljivo<\/strong>, jer torta u sredini jo\u0161 ne\u0107e biti \u010dvrsta.
