Jedna legenda ka\u017ee kako je prve krafne <strong>ispekao vojnik<\/strong> koji je kasnije postao berlinski slasti\u010dar, zbog \u010dega su se krafne zvale berliner. Druga legenda pri\u010da o <strong>zaljubljenoj kuharici<\/strong> koja je krafne napravila slu\u010dajno kada je zabunom tijesto umjesto u pe\u0107 stavila u vru\u0107e ulje. Be\u010dani tvrde da ih je osmislila <strong>dvorska kuharica C\u00e4cilia Krapf<\/strong>. Promije\u0161ajte. Nije potrebno dizati kvasac.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>U ve\u0107u posudu stavite bra\u0161no kojem \u0107ete dodati pripremljen kvasac, jaja, ulje, sol, koricu limuna i rum.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kuha\u010dom dobro sjedinite sve sastojke dok ne dobijete mekanu i ljepljivu smjesu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posudu prekrijte vla\u017enom krpom i pustite tijesto da se di\u017ee otprilike pola sata.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Radnu povr\u0161inu pospite bra\u0161nom i na nju istresite tijesto koje \u0107ete premijesiti.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dodajte jo\u0161 bra\u0161na pa tijesto razvaljajte.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u010ca\u0161om ili sjeka\u010dem koji su umo\u010deni u bra\u0161no tijesto izre\u017eite na kolutove.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/womeninadria.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/krofne-1.webp\" alt=\"krofne\" class=\"wp-image-12823\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8. Kolutove pokrijte krpom i pustite ih da se di\u017eu 20-ak minuta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9. U lonac ulijte litru ulja, dovoljno duboko da krofne mogu slobodno plivati. Dobro ga zagrijte na srednjoj temperaturi. Ako imate termometar neka on \u010dita 180\u2103, a ako nemate to mo\u017eete provjeriti tako da uronite dno drvene kuha\u010de. Ako uz nju prolaze mjehuri\u0107i ulje je zagrijano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10. Uronite ih na suprotnoj strani od one na kojoj su se dizali pa lonac poklopite i pustite krofne da se peku minutu-dvije dok ne dobije lijepu boju. Krofne okrenite i pustite pe\u0107 jo\u0161 1-2 minute s otklopljenim loncem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">11. Izvadite ih na papirnati ubrus kako bi upio vi\u0161ak masno\u0107e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">12.
