Iako se njihova priprema mo\u017eda doima te\u0161kom zbog tijesta koje moramo umijesiti, to ne mora biti tako. U nastavku donosimo jednostavan recept za njihovu pripremu, a mo\u017eete ih raditi s pekmezom, \u010dokoladom ili ne\u010dim tre\u0107im. U drugu posudu prosijati bra\u0161no, dodajte \u0161e\u0107er, vanilin \u0161e\u0107er, ribanu limunovu koricu pa sve to izmije\u0161ajte.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zagrijte mlijeko, dodajte maslac narezan na kockice i otopite ga, skinite s vatre, prohladite 10-ak minuta pa dodajte jedno izmu\u0107eno jaje.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dodajte pripremljene teku\u0107e sastojke u zdjelu s bra\u0161nom, dodajte uzdigli kvasac pa sve zajedno dobro zamije\u0161ajte kuha\u010dom ili mikserom s nastavcima za tijesto. Mijesite dok ne dobijete sjajno, glatko tijesto koje se lako odvaja od posude.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posudu s tijestom&nbsp;<strong>prekrijte \u010distom kuhinjskom krpom i ostavite na toplome da se di\u017ee&nbsp;<\/strong>najmanje 60 minuta, odnosno dok ne udvostru\u010di obujam.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uzdiglo tijesto izru\u010dite na pobra\u0161njenu povr\u0161inu, kratko ga promijesite pa ga razvaljajte i izre\u017eite na 16 dijelova\/kvadrata. Uzimajte jedan po jedan komad tijesta, napunite ga odabranim nadjevom pa formirajte buhtlu koju pa\u017eljivo zatvorite sa svih strana kako nadjev tijekom pe\u010denja ne bi iscurio.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Buhtle sla\u017eite u maslacem premazan pleh za pe\u010denje i to tako da su spojevima okrenute prema dolje. Buhtle sla\u017eite jednu do druge, ali ih&nbsp;<strong>nemojte previ\u0161e stiskati<\/strong>&nbsp;jer im treba prostora za dizanje.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prekrijte krpom i ostavite da se buhtle jo\u0161 jednom di\u017eu najmanje 30 minuta. Prije pe\u010denja ih prema\u017eite omek\u0161anim maslacem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Buhtle stavite pe\u0107i u prethodno&nbsp;<strong>zagrijanu pe\u0107nicu na 180\u00b0C i pecite 20-25 minuta<\/strong>, odnosno dok buhtle ne poprime zlatnu boju.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Malo ih ohladite pa pospite obilato \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kad ste sve ovo napravili, poslu\u017eite mekane i tople buhtle<strong>&nbsp;sa svojim omiljenim toplim napitkom<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Buhtle su podrijetlom iz \u010ce\u0161ke, a tradicionalno su punjene pekmezom od \u0161ljiva.
