Ovu laganu i kremastu slasticu vole gotovo svi, a pogotovo ljubitelji vo\u0107nih slastica. Recepata je na stotine, a mi vam danas donosimo najbolji <a href=\"https:\/\/recipeci.com\/ledeni-vjetar\/4561\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">recept<\/a> za ledeni vjetar. Ovaj kola\u010d karakterizira slojevita struktura, a upravo je kombinacija tekstura i okusa ono \u0161to ga \u010dini savr\u0161enim izborom za sve\u010dane prigode. Volimo ga, naravno, jesti i u udobnosti doma. Miksati dok ne bude \u010dvrsto.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Smjesu premazati preko nauljenog papira za pe\u010denje (ili aluminijske folije) u velikom limu od pe\u0107nice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pe\u0107i u pe\u0107nici zagrijanoj na 150 \u00b0C jedan sat (pe\u010dena kora lagano \u0107e po\u017eutjeti).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S ohla\u0111ene kore odstraniti papir za pe\u010denje i prerezati ju na tri jednaka dijela.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Priprema &#8211; krema<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u017dumanjke, \u0161e\u0107er i vanilin \u0161e\u0107er miksati dok ne posvijetle. Potom postepeno dodati bra\u0161no, gustin i mlijeko.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kuhati u loncu na pari oko 10 do 15 minuta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>U ohla\u0111enu kremu miksanjem dodati jedan izra\u0111eni maslac.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vo\u0107e narezati na plo\u0161kice, a banane dodatno zaliti limunovim sokom kako ne bi potamnjele.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Slatko vrhnje umutiti u \u010dvrsti \u0161lag.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Na pladanj slagati prvo jednu koru, tre\u0107inu \u017eute kreme, kivi, \u0161lag. Potom druga kora, druga tre\u0107ina \u017eute kreme, jagode pa \u0161lag. I na kraju tre\u0107a kora, ostatak \u017eute kreme, banane i \u0161lag.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kola\u010d mo\u017eete raditi i tako da radite s dvije beze kore. U tom slu\u010daju pomije\u0161ajte vo\u0107e, recimo jagode i kivi, ili jednostavno izbacite jednu vrstu vo\u0107a. U tom \u0107e slu\u010daju kola\u010d biti potpuno istog okusa, samo malo ni\u017ei i mo\u017eda prikladniji za rezanje na kocke.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ledeni vjetar dobro rashladiti.
