Stoga se okre\u0107emo brzim rje\u0161enjima koja su <strong>\u010desto nezdrava ili nas puno ko\u0161taju<\/strong>. Iako mo\u017eda zvu\u010di kao gnjava\u017ea, planiranje obroka i kupovina namirnica unaprijed pomo\u0107i \u0107e vam da se kvalitetnije hranite i u\u0161tedite novac. U nastavku vam donosimo pet ideja za pet dana u sedmici.
