U nastavku donosimo jedini recept koji vam je potreban za savr\u0161enu \u010dokoladnu tortu, a savr\u0161ena <strong>\u010doko torta<\/strong> skriva i neke tajne&#8230; Mi vam danas otkrivamo koje!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ovaj \u010darobni recept prona\u0161le smo na <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kolaci.biz\/odlicna-cokoladna-torta.html\">Nata\u0161inim slasticama<\/a>. Zapamtite, klju\u010d je u kvaliteti \u010dokolade, pravilnoj mje\u0161avini sastojaka i kontroliranom pe\u010denju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recept \u010doko torta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sastojci<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Za biskvit:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>12 jaja<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>12 \u017elica \u0161e\u0107era<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>9 \u017elica bra\u0161na<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>7 \u017elica kakaa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pra\u0161ak za pecivo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>prstohvat soli<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Za kremu:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 l mlijeka<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 pudinga od \u010dokolade<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 g \u010dokolade za kuhanje<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 \u017elica \u0161e\u0107era<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 g margarina sobne temperature<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ostalo:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>400 ml vrhnja za \u0161lag<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 \u017elica marmelade od marelice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Za dekoraciju:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>4 vre\u0107ice kreme za torte od \u010dokolade<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>400 ml hladnog mlijeka<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sastojci za ganache glazuru:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>200 g \u010dokolade za kuhanje<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 ml vrhnja za \u0161lag<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>po \u017eelji \u010dokoladice razne za dekoriranje<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Pro\u010ditajte vi\u0161e: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.womeninadria.ba\/lava-cake\/\">Lava cake \u2013 recept za \u010dokoladno savr\u0161enstvo<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Priprema<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Kakao biskvit:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\">\n<li>Odvojite \u017eumanjke od bjelanjaka pa u bjelanjke dodajte prstohvat soli te izradite u \u010dvrsti snijeg.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>U \u017eumanjke dodajte \u0161e\u0107er i pjenasto izradite mikserom.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pra\u0161ak za pecivo dodajte u bra\u0161no i promije\u0161ajte \u017eli\u010dicom. Dodajte i kakao, promije\u0161ajte i prebacite u \u017eumanjke. Sjedinite mikserom.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dodajte dio bjelanjaka i lagano pjenja\u010dom pomije\u0161ajte do pola. Dodajte i ostatak bjelanjaka i sjedinite pjenja\u010dom, ali \u010dim smjesa postane ujedna\u010dena prestanite sa mije\u0161anjem da smjesa ne padne.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Na dno kalupa od 26 cm postavite masni papir i ulijte smjesu, stavite pe\u0107i u zagrijanu pe\u0107nicu na 180\u00b0C, 35 do 40 minuta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pe\u010deni biskvit ostavite da se ohladi, a onda ga razre\u017eite na tri jednaka dijela.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u010cokoladna krema:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\">\n<li>Puding i \u0161e\u0107er pomije\u0161ajte sa malo mlijeka, a ostatak mlijeka stavite kuhati.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>U uzavrelo mlijeko dodajte pripremljeni puding i kuhajte dok smjesa ne postane gusta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sklonite sa vatre i dodajte iskidanu \u010dokoladu. Miksajte dok se \u010dokolada ne istopi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prebacite puding u drugu posudu, prekrijte prozirnom folijom i ostavite da se ohladi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ohla\u0111enoj smjesi skinite prozirnu foliju, izradite mikserom i dodajte izrezani margarin sobne temperature kojeg dobro sjedinite.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vrhnje za \u0161lag izradite u \u010dvrsti \u0161lag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Pro\u010ditajte vi\u0161e: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.womeninadria.ba\/kolac-od-rogaca-unijece-miris-mediterana-u-vas-dom\/\">Zamamni kola\u010d od roga\u010da unije\u0107e miris Mediterana u va\u0161 dom<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako slo\u017eiti ovu \u010dokoladnu tortu?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\">\n<li>Biskvit prema\u017eite sa 3 \u017elice marmelade.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pola kreme.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pola \u010dvrsto izra\u0111enog vrhnja za \u0161lag.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Biskvit prema\u017eite sa 3 \u017elice marmelade.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ostatak kreme.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ostatak \u010dvrsto izra\u0111enog \u0161laga.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Biskvit lagano pritisnite prstima.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ganache glazura:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\">\n<li>Vrhnje za \u0161lag stavite na laganu vatru da se ugrije toliko da mo\u017ee topiti \u010dokoladu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prelijte vrhnje za \u0161lag preko isjeckane \u010dokolade za kuhanje i mije\u0161ajte dok se \u010dokolada ne otopi, ostavite da se ohladi i po\u010dne lagano stezati.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kremu za torte od \u010dokolade izradite sa hladnim mlijekom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Dekoracija:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\">\n<li>Cijelu slo\u017eenu tortu prema\u017eite sa izra\u0111enom kremom za torte.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sa fi\u0161ekom oko torte pu\u0161tajte curke od ganache glazure, zatim salijte po povr\u0161ini i ostatak ganache glazure. Ako vam je zgodnije, mo\u017eete odmah ganache preliti na povr\u0161inu torte i pu\u0161tati okolo curke razmazivanjem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>U jo\u0161 uvijek mekani ganache ubadajte \u010dokoladice po \u017eelji.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Spremni ste za savr\u0161enu proslavu ro\u0111endana, vjen\u010danja ili bilo kojeg drugog va\u017enog doga\u0111aja!
