Posudu pokrijte tanjiri\u0107em i pustite da uza\u0111e.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\">\n<li>Kad se kvasac digne, ulijte ga u mje\u0161avinu bra\u0161na i soli. Mije\u0161ajte kuha\u010dom dok se teku\u0107ina ne sjedini. Smjesu potom<strong> <\/strong>istresite na \u010distu radnu povr\u0161inu.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"3\">\n<li>Tijesto zamijesite rukama. Ako je previ\u0161e vla\u017eno i lijepi se za ruke, posipajte po njemu malo bra\u0161na. Tijesto mijesite, valjajte i presavijajte sve dok ne postane glatko.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"4\">\n<li>Dobijeno tijesto pospite bra\u0161nom i vratite u posudu, prekrijte ga prozirnom folijom i krpom. Stavite na toplo mjesto na sat vremena kako bi se tijesto dignulo. Ako \u017eelite da ubrzate proces, pe\u0107nicu zagrijte na 50\u00b0C, a zatim je isklju\u010dite te u nju stavite prekriveno tijesto.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"5\">\n<li>Kad se tijesto digne, stavite ga na \u010distu radnu povr\u0161inu i mijesite 1-2 minute kako biste iz njega izbacili zrak. Oblikujte svoj kruh pa ga zare\u017eite po vrhu. Stavite ga u pleh i pustite da se ponovo digne. Kad se veli\u010dina kruha udvostru\u010di, zagrijte pe\u0107nicu na 225\u00b0C i stavite pe\u0107i kruh.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"6\">\n<li>Kruh pecite 25-35 minuta. Ako niste sigurni kad je kruh gotov, izvadite ga, okrenite i pokucajte po dnu. Ako zvu\u010di \u0161uplje, pe\u010den je. Ako ne, vratite ga natrag u pe\u0107nicu.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ostavite kruh da se ohladi pa ga tek onda re\u017eite. Mo\u017eete biti ma\u0161toviti i <strong>poigrati se s oblikovanjem kruha<\/strong>, a u njega mo\u017eete dodati i za\u010dine, masline ili maslinovo ulje.
