Za\u017eelimo se starinskih okusa i slastica koje su na\u0161e nane spremale jo\u0161 u mladosti. Jedan od takvih je <strong>pita od jogurta<\/strong>, a najfiniji recept prona\u0161le smo kod <strong>Sandre Ga\u0161pari\u0107<\/strong>, osniva\u010dice poznate platforme <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=A6rhAINu4V4\">Reci Peci<\/a>. Priprema je jednostavna, stoga ne morate \u010dekati dan kad \u0107ete imati cijelo jutro slobodno samo da biste pripremile ovaj kola\u010d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sastojci<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Za tijesto:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>350 g bra\u0161na<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>140 g \u0161e\u0107era<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>prstohvat soli<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 vanilin \u0161e\u0107er<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 \u017eumanjka<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 vre\u0107ica pra\u0161ka za pecivo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 \u017elica kiselog vrhnja<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>180 g margarina ili maslaca<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Za nadjev (za jogurte i vrhnje mjera su pakiranja od 180 g):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>250 g \u0161e\u0107era<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 \u010dvrsta jogurta<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 teku\u0107a jogurta<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 kisela vrhnja<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 vanilin \u0161e\u0107er<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 \u017elica o\u0161trog bra\u0161na<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 bjelanjka<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Pro\u010ditajte vi\u0161e: <\/em><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.womeninadria.ba\/tiramisu-recept\/\"><strong><em>Veganski tiramisu \u2013 recept za druga\u010diju varijantu klasi\u010dne poslastice<\/em><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Priprema<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\">\n<li>Za tijesto je potrebno pomije\u0161ati bra\u0161no sa \u0161e\u0107erom, pra\u0161kom za pecivo, soli i vanilin \u0161e\u0107erom.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dodati \u017eumanjke, kiselo vrhnje i margarin izrezan na komadi\u0107e.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mijesiti rukama kako biste u po\u010detku dobili sitne mrvice, a potom gnje\u010de\u0107i dlanovima umijesili glatko prhko tijesto.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tijesto podijeliti na dva dijela i omotati folijom.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jedan dio pospremiti u hladnjak, a drugi dio u zamrziva\u010d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Za nadjev je potrebno pomije\u0161ati jogurte i vrhnje sa \u0161e\u0107erom i vanilin \u0161e\u0107erom.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Postepeno umije\u0161ati i bra\u0161no te na kraju \u010dvrsto tu\u010deni snijeg od bjelanjaka.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Onaj dio tijesta koji je bio u hladnjaku razvaljati na veli\u010dinu dna lima u kojemu \u0107e se pita pe\u0107i i premjestiti ga u lim koji ste prethodno namastili i pobra\u0161nili.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preko tijesta istresti nadjev, a potom preko nadjeva naribati na ribe\u017e ravnomjerno onaj dio tijesta koji je bio u zamrziva\u010du.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sve skupa 35 minuta pe\u0107i u pe\u0107nici prethodno ugrijanoj na 175\u00baC oko 35 minuta.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Pro\u010ditajte vi\u0161e: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.womeninadria.ba\/cupavci\/\">Klasi\u010dni ili proteinski \u010dupavci?
