Nije vi\u0161e bitno da li je sa iskustvom ili bez iskustva. Da li je zvijezda u usponu ili zvijezda padalica. On je novi. Novi kolega, novi \u010dlan tima. Novi. I vi ste njemu isto novi. Bez obzira na to \u0161to ste imali nekoliko razgovora pa se upoznali ili \u0161to je malo tr\u017ei\u0161te pa svi sve znaju. Svi ste novi jedni drugima. \u0160ta radite kada vam je ne\u0161to novo? Pa istra\u017eujete i upoznajete. Ili ako ste negdje novi \u2013 tra\u017eite nekoga ko \u0107e vas upoznati. Ili istra\u017eujete sami i nadate se najboljem.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Za\u0161to je uvo\u0111enje u posao va\u017eno?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0160ta radite kada vam do\u0111e novi \u010dlan tima? Pustite ga da se sna\u0111e. \u0160ta ako se ne sna\u0111e? Pa ni\u0161ta, pogrije\u0161ili smo pri odabiru. Zna\u010di, nije do vas? Naravno da nije.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Moram re\u0107i te\u0161ku istinu \u2013 da, do vas je. Niste ga <strong>uveli u posao<\/strong>. Niste pokazali gdje je aparat za kafu. Gdje da parkira. Kada je pauza. \u0160ta \u0107e raditi. Koja su pravila i procedure. Koji je interni kodeks pona\u0161anja i rada. Ko su kolege sa kojima \u0107e direktno sara\u0111ivati. Ko su partneri, klijenti, dobavlja\u010di. I naravno, hvatao je kako stizao, usput i radio i dabome i grije\u0161io. Logi\u010dno niko mu ni\u0161ta nije govorio, on nastavljao grije\u0161iti.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I jednog sun\u010danog dana dobio otkaz.
