Na\u017ealost, to je tema koja \u0107e vjerovatno uvijek biti vode\u0107a za one koji se bore pravima ravnopravnosti spolova: za\u0161to \u017eene nemaju ista prava kao mu\u0161karci? Za\u0161to \u017eene moraju tragi\u010dno stradati bore\u0107i se za pravdu i ravnopravnost kao \u0161to je nastradala Rosa Luxembrug i jo\u0161 mnogo poznatih, ili manje poznatih \u2018\u2019Rosa\u2019\u2019?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u017dene \u010dine polovinu na\u0161e globalne populacije, ali postoji taj jaz izme\u0111u mu\u0161karaca i \u017eena na dru\u0161tvenoj, ekonomskoj, ekolo\u0161koj i politi\u010dkoj razini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Za\u0161to postoji rodni jaz izme\u0111u \u017eena i mu\u0161karaca u IT industriji kada su u pitanju pla\u0107e?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/figures.hr\/\">Figures<\/a> je objavio da je prosje\u010dna neprilago\u0111ena razlika u pla\u0107ama u tehnolo\u0161kim kompanijama u Evropi \u010dak 19%. Preko 60% \u017eena u Evropskim tehnolo\u0161kim startup-ima ne zna svoju vrijednost, a jedna tre\u0107ina \u017eena na srednjim pozicijama se osje\u0107a nedovoljno pla\u0107eno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pored diskriminacije u pla\u0107i, \u017eene nailaze i na neravnopravnosti kada je rije\u010d o finansiranju startup-a, pa je dominantnost mu\u0161karaca u pristupu mogu\u0107nostima tehnologije neupitna. Jo\u0161 jedan zanimljiv podatak je da su u 2021. godini, kompanije koje su osnovale \u017eene u Evropi dobile samo 1,8% sredstava za finansiranje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Pro\u010ditajte vi\u0161e: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.womeninadria.ba\/dan-zena-u-nauci-obiljezen-u-februaru\/\">U februaru smo obiljle\u017eili dan \u017eena u nauci i pitamo za\u0161to su \u017eene u nauci u BiH lo\u0161ije pozicionirane od mu\u0161kih kolega?<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Antonia Schein<\/strong>, suosniva\u010dica i glavna direktorica za rast u Codaryju: <em>&#8220;Na\u017ealost, osniva\u010dice start up-a nemaju isti pristup financiranju kao osniva\u010di koji u prosjeku dobivaju gotovo devet puta vi\u0161e kapitala od \u017eenskih timova.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ta ukorijenjena nejednakost je dovela do toga da mnoge \u017eene sumnjaju u svoje sposobnosti i nemaju hrabrost da zapo\u010dnu svoje biznise. Istra\u017eivanja pokazuju da 60% \u017eena koje razmi\u0161ljaju o osnivanju vlastite kompanije to ne u\u010dine ba\u0161 zbog sumnje u sebe i svoje sposobnosti. To se \u010desto povezuje sa \u2018\u2019<strong>imposter sindromom<\/strong>\u2019\u2019 koji je sve vi\u0161e zastupljen u tehnolo\u0161koj industriji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Taj sindrom se obja\u0161njava kao osje\u0107aj da ne zaslu\u017eujete uspjeh i postignu\u0107e, kao i da osje\u0107ate da niste kompetentni kao \u0161to drugi ljudi misle. To je sumnja u sebe koju neko ima iako ima obrazovanje, iskustva i postignu\u0107a, a najzastupljeniji je kod \u017eena koje uspiju napredovati u tehnologiji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u017dene su svjesnije svojih slabosti <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tatjana Zabasu Miku\u017e<\/strong>, Managing Partner u balkanskom South Central Ventures Fondu je izjavila: <em>\u201c\u017dene su definitivno svjesnije svojih slabosti. Iz mog iskustva, mu\u0161karci su mnogo samouvjereniji i imaju stav &#8220;sve znaju&#8221;, dok \u010desto vidite osniva\u010dice kako nagla\u0161avaju neizvjesnosti i podru\u010dja u kojima im nedostaje iskustva ili znanja u barem istoj mjeri kao i njihove snage.\u2019\u2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pitanje je na koji na\u010din se to mo\u017ee promijeniti jeste izgradnja i ja\u010danje mre\u017ee \u017eena, ja\u010danje prisutnosti \u017eena kako bi se stvarali uzori i podr\u0161ka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ja\u010danje inicijativa me\u0111u \u017eenama u IT industriji <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zahvaljuju\u0107i razli\u010ditim inicijativama \u0161irom Evrope, danas postoji niz razli\u010ditih platformi, kompanija i doga\u0111aja koji ohrabruju \u017eene da pokrenu svoje biznise. Na taj na\u010din se stvaraju uzori za nove generacije tehnolo\u0161kih liderica, a to dalje navodi da ovom industrijom ne moraju vladati samo mu\u0161karci.
