Nekada to bude iznenadno a nekada \u010dovjek nesvjesno ugro\u017eava svoje zdravlje konstantno. Jedan od najve\u0107ih prikrivenih uzro\u010dnika naru\u0161enog zdravlja jeste stres koji nosi grozne posljedice za cjelokupan organizam. Upravo zbog toga stres bi mogao biti razlog \u010destih glavobolja, \u017egaravice kao i&nbsp; raznih upala uslijed oslabljenog imuniteta.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U nastavku Vam donosimo \u010detiri na\u010dina, izme\u0111u kojih su i dvije metode koje \u0107e pomo\u0107i u prevazila\u017eenju stresnih situacija i opu\u0161tanju tijela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hrana za osloba\u0111anje od stresa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U borbi protiv stresa mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i odre\u0111ena hrana, pogotovo ona koja poma\u017ee u stvaranju \u201cdobrih\u201d hormona poput serotonina ili ona koja poma\u017ee regulirati proizvodnju \u0161e\u0107era u krvi, te razinu krvnog pritiska. U ishranu je tako\u0111er bitno uvrstiti cjelovite \u017eitarice, te \u0161to vi\u0161e vo\u0107a i povr\u0107a koje obiluje vitaminom C i magnezijem. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Pro\u010ditajte vi\u0161e: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.womeninadria.ba\/amela-ivkovic-oreilly-zdrava-prehrana\/\">Amela Ivkovi\u0107 O'Reilly:&#8221;Put ka zdravoj prehrani je onaj koji je prihvatljiv za nas i na\u0161e tijelo&#8221;<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Riba, avokado i ora\u0161asti plodovi pokazali su se kao vrlo dobri u zaustavljanju hormona stresa, kao i kod menstrualnih problema povezanih sa stresom. Ovakva hrana zajedno za \u010dajevima poput kamilice i zelenog \u010daja ne\u0107e samo smanjiti nivo stresa, ve\u0107 i pobolj\u0161ati op\u0107e zdravlje Va\u0161eg tijela.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vje\u017ebanje kao tehnika smirenja<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Iako se na prvu \u010dini da vje\u017ebanje predstavlja dodatni zamor za tijelo, ono zapravo zaustavlja stres podi\u017eu\u0107i razine serotonina, poznatijeg kao hormon sre\u0107e. Prilikom vje\u017ebanja iste\u017eemo na\u0161e mi\u0161i\u0107e zbog \u010dega \u0107e na\u0161em tijelu biti ugodnije, a opu\u0161tanje u le\u017ee\u0107em polo\u017eaju uspje\u0161nije. U osloba\u0111anju tijela od stresa najbolji izbor vje\u017ebe jeste joga koja pored fizi\u010dke aktivnosti podrazumijeva i pravilnu tehniku disanja. Pravilno disanje kontrolira ritam srca, \u0161iri krvne \u017eile i opu\u0161ta mi\u0161i\u0107e<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Pro\u010ditajte vi\u0161e: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.womeninadria.ba\/sanda-mesinovic-kundalini-yoga\/\">Sanda Me\u0161inovi\u0107:&#8221;Kundalini yoga mi je pomogla da nakon burnouta vratim balans u svoj \u017eivot&#8221;<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aromaterapija<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Iako je ve\u0107ina mi\u0161ljenja da udisanje mirisa nije od pomo\u0107i, vrlo \u010desto i nesvjesno se eteri\u010dna ulja koriste prilikom opu\u0161tanja. Poenta nije u mirisima, ve\u0107 u spojevima eteri\u010dnih ulja koji se ve\u017eu za receptore smje\u0161tene u na\u0161em nosu putem kojih dolaze do mozga i djeluju na limbi\u010dki sistem odgovoran za pam\u0107enje i emocije. Me\u0111u najboljim eteri\u010dnim uljima su lavanda, jasmin, limunska trava i mati\u010dnjak, a mo\u017eete ih sipati u eteri\u010dnu lampicu ili natopiti maramicu sa njima i mirisati je oko 3 minute.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Muzikoterapija<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Terapija muzikom ili muzikoterapija je jedan od zapostavljenih oblika terapije, op\u0107enito. Muzikoterapija se po\u010dela detaljnije razvijati u pro\u0161lom stolje\u0107u, a njen mogu\u0107 utjecaj na \u010dovjekovu psihu spominje se jo\u0161 u spisima gr\u010dkih filozofa Aristotela i Platona. Za provo\u0111enje ove terapije nije potrebno nikakvo predznanje o muzici ili sviranju instrumenata jer je u ovoj vrsti terapije muzika samo medij za ostvarenje cilja.
