Kao posljedica neravnote\u017ee hormona poput estrogena, progesterona i serotonina, ovo vrlo \u010desto stanje uti\u010de na vi\u0161e od 70% \u017eena.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Simptomi se naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e pojavljuju 3 do 10 dana prije menstruacije i nestaju sa njenim po\u010detkom, a manifestuju se raznim simptomima od kojih se izdvajaju promjene raspolo\u017eenja, osje\u0107aj tjeskobe i razdra\u017eljivosti.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U posljednje vrijeme se vi\u0161e nagla\u0161ava va\u017enost bavljena predmenstrualnim stanjem \u017eene u kontekstu posla. Smatra se da bi \u017eene u poslovnom svijetu, pogotovo one na vode\u0107im pozicijama, trebale svoje poslovanje prilagoditi menstrualnom kalendaru. PMS uslijed jakih simptoma mo\u017ee smanjiti sposobnost jasnog razmi\u0161ljanja i dono\u0161enja dobrih odluka, zbog \u010dega \u017eene ne bi trebale donositi kriti\u010dne odluke, forsirati se i poku\u0161avati rije\u0161iti slo\u017eene probleme u tom periodu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Simptome PMS mogu\u0107e je ubla\u017eiti zdravim na\u010dinom \u017eivota, \u0161to podrazumijeva manje stresa, zdravu ishranu i redovnu tjelesnu aktivnost.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rje\u0161enje na tanjiru <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Promjene u prehrani su prvi i osnovni na\u010din za postizanje ravnote\u017ee tijela. Ve\u0107i unos proteina, manje rafiniranog \u0161e\u0107era, te manji, a \u010de\u0161\u0107i obroci mogu drasti\u010dno utjecati na PMS kod nekih \u017eena. Za ubla\u017eavanje simptoma preporu\u010duje se smanjenje kofeina i mlije\u010dnih proizdvoda, ali i pove\u0107ana konzumacija mahunarki poput le\u0107e, gra\u0161ka i graha koje posjeduju sna\u017ena protivupalna svojstva. Tako se unosom magnezijuma umanjuju gr\u010devi, a kompleks B vitamina uti\u010de na funkcionisanje nerotransmitera u mozgu i na\u0161e raspolo\u017eenje. Va\u017eni faktori u borbi protiv PMS su kalcijum i vitamin D, \u010dijim se unosom reguli\u0161e negativno dejstvo estrogena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Smanjenje stresa i tjelesna aktivnost<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Najte\u017ei zadatak u \u017eivotu jedne poslovne \u017eene jeste smanjiti stres, ali ne i nemogu\u0107. Opu\u0161tanja poput meditacija, kupki i drugih mentalnih vje\u017eba vode uspostavljanju ravnote\u017ee organizma. Ponekad se stres mo\u017ee smanjiti i jednostavnim nagra\u0111ivanjem same sebe, poput novog komada odje\u0107e ili komada omiljene torte.
