U tjesteninu ubrajamo i lazanje, tanke kore napravljenje od najjednostavnijih sastojaka.&nbsp; Rije\u010d lazanje dolazi od gr\u010dke rije\u010di <em>laganon<\/em>, a opisuje velike, tanke komade tjestenine koji su se rezali na komade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lazanje kakve mi danas poznajemo prvi su pripremali Talijani u pokrajini Emiliji u Italiji, a spremaju se u cijelom svijetu uz razli\u010dite kombinacije so\u010dnih nadjeva i divnih umaka. U okolici Firence, lazanje se prelijevaju be\u0161amel umakom, u Liguriji ih pune pestom, a Kalabriji ricotta sirom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Najpopularnije lazanje na na\u0161em podru\u010dju su definitivno one sa bolognese umakom, a u cijeloj pri\u010di je nemogu\u0107e zaobi\u0107i i be\u0161amel koji im daje nevjerojatnu teksturu i ukus.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U nastavku Vam donosimo najbolji recept za ovo tradicionalno talijansko jelo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Potrebni sastojci za lazanje<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sastojci za bolognese umak:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>500g mljevenog june\u0107eg ili tele\u0107eg mesa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dvije glavice crvenog luka<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100ml ulja<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500g pasiranog paradajza<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>400ml tople vode<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10g soli<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5g origana<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5g \u0161e\u0107era<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sastojci za be\u0161amel umak:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>70g maslaca<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50g bra\u0161na<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>800 ml mlijeka<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>7g soli<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5g mu\u0161kantnog ora\u0161\u010di\u0107a&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ostali potrebni sastojci:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>500g kora za lazanje<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250g mozzarelle<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150g parmezana<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Priprema<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na zagrijanom ulju popr\u017eimo crveni luk, a potom dodamo meso i pr\u017eimo oko 2-3 minute dok ne promijeni boju, a potom zalijemo vodom. Nakon desetak minuta, dodajemo i pasiranu raj\u010dicu, te za\u010dine i sve kuhamo 30 minuta na umjerenoj vatri.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dok se meso kuha pripremamo be\u0161amel umak tako \u0161to na laganoj vatri otopimo maslac, a potom dodamo bra\u0161no koje pr\u017eimo dok ne dobije zlatnu boju. Kada je bra\u0161no spremno, prelijemo ga toplim mlijekom i kuhamo dok se ne zgusne. Pri samom kraju za\u010dinimo solju i mu\u0161katnim ora\u0161\u010di\u0107em.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Pro\u010ditajte vi\u0161e: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.womeninadria.ba\/musaka-od-patlidzana\/\">Musaka od patlid\u017eana &#8211; znate li razliku izme\u0111u gr\u010dke i turske verzije?<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nakon \u0161to spremimo oba umaka, vrijeme je da ih poslo\u017eimo u posudu za pe\u010denje, najbolje vatrostalnu. Na samo dno posude rasporedimo 2-3 ka\u0161ike bolognese umak, a zatim redamo kore. Na kore prvo nanosimo be\u0161amel umak, potom bolognes i na kraju mozzarellu. Lazanje sla\u017eemo na navedeni na\u010din dok ne potro\u0161imo kore, a zadnji sloj zavr\u0161avamo sa bolognese umakom.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tako slo\u017eene lazanje prekrijemo aluminijskom folijom i ubacimo u prethodno zagrijanu pe\u0107nicu&nbsp; (220 stepeni) na 20 minuta.
