Koju \u0107ete za tren spremiti za va\u0161e uku\u0107ane ili iznenadne goste, naro\u010dito u ove prazni\u010dne dane, kad nam je \u0161e\u0107ernih udara preko glave, a ipak bismo ne\u0161to slatko, ako je mogu\u0107e i zdravo, rado pojeli. E, stoga vam donosimo recept za genijalnu<strong> tortu od mrkve<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kraljica torta od mrkve<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mnogo je raznih recepata za tortu od mrkve, ali ovaj je definitivno jedan od najboljih. Kad probate ovu ukusnu tortu bi\u0107e vam jasno za\u0161to smo je nazvali &#8220;Kraljicom od mrkve&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Neke \u0107e se od vas i namr\u0161titi, jer kako \u0107ete djeci objasniti da se od mrkve pravi kola\u010d. Nije uobi\u010dajen u na\u0161im krajevima, istina je, ali je vrlo odoma\u0107ena na Zapadu i jedan od tradicionalno naj\u010de\u0161\u0107ih torti za nedjeljne ru\u010dkove. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mrkva ili Daucus carota spada u korjenasto povr\u0107e, prepuna je vitamina i zato je jedna od najzdravijih namirnica koje vam se mogu na\u0107i u kuhinji. Bogata je katotenima, bilnim pigmentima, a jedan od najja\u010dih je beta karotenom koji je bogat izvor vitamina A. Tako\u0111er sadr\u017ei i zna\u010dajnu koli\u010dinu likopena, biljnog pigmenta crvene boje karakteristi\u010dnog za paradajz i i lubenicu, ali i vitaminom K, B6 i kalijumom. Kao jedan od najboljih izvora vitamina A mrkva se preporu\u010duje kao jedna od najboljih namirnica kojom mo\u017eete zna\u010dajno pobolj\u0161ati zdravlje va\u0161ih o\u010diju i unaprijediti vid, ali pobolj\u0161ati i va\u0161 imunitet. Dodajte u smjesu ribanu mrkvu i jabuku, koja \u0107e torti dati so\u010dnost i meko\u0107u, te sok od naran\u010de i ribanu koricu. Istresite u kalup za tortu i pecite u zagrijanoj rerni na 180 C 35-40 min ovisno o ja\u010dini va\u0161e rerne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Frosting napravite tako \u0161to \u0107ete umutiti \u0161e\u0107er u prahu sa puterom i krem sirom i preliti preko mlake torte, posuti nasjeckanim bademima i koricom od naran\u010de. I va\u0161a torta je spremna za degistaciju.
