Puno je razli\u010ditih toplih napitaka, no ovaj koji vam donosimo u nastavku je idealan jer je to topli napitak koji \u0107e vas ugodno zagrijati u ove hladne dane i pomo\u0107i \u0107e vam u \u010di\u0161\u0107enju va\u0161eg organizma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Grejp je odli\u010dan izvor vitamina C i likopena<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kombinacija grejpfruta i \u0111umbira odli\u010dna je za \u010di\u0161\u0107enje jetre i uklanjanje toksina iz tijela. Ova izvrsna kombinacija soka grejpfruta, \u0111umbira, limuna i meda sa prstohvatom kurkume mo\u017ee osvje\u017eiti, detoksicirati i podmladiti va\u0161e tijelo, a \u0111umbir zbog svog protuupalnog svojstva pospje\u0161uje probavu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Grejpfrut je citrusno vo\u0107e koje je bogato antioksidansima i vitaminima A, C, B1, B2, B5 i B6 i izme\u0111u ostalih nutrijenata i smatra se jednim od najboljih na\u010dina za detoksikaciju tijela, a dragocjen je i u sagorijevanju masti i \u010di\u0161\u0107enju organizma. Sadr\u017ei i manje koli\u010dine kalcijuma, magnezijuma, fosfora i bakra. Ima vrlo va\u017enu ulogu u ja\u010danju imuniteta zbog velike koli\u010dine vitamina C. Jedna <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC3978819\/\">studija objavljena u BMJ iz 2013<\/a>. opisuje grejp kao &#8220;zna\u010dajno povezan sa smanjenim rizikom od dijabetesa tipa 2&#8221;.  Autori studije navode da grejpfrut sadr\u017ei naringin, za koji se pretpostavlja da ima sli\u010dna svojstva kao inhibitor za pobolj\u0161anje tolerancije glukoze kod osoba s dijabetesom tipa 2. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Grejpfrut je bogat izvor antioksidansa, kao \u0161to je vitamin C, koji je odli\u010dan u borbi protiv stvaranja slobodnih radikala. Tako jedan manji grejpfrut mo\u017ee sadr\u017eati oko 68,8 mg vitamina C, a preporu\u010deni unos vitamina C za odrasle je 75 mg dnevno za \u017eene i 90 mg za mu\u0161karce, \u0161to osigurava 100% va\u0161ih dnevnih potreba za vitaminom C. Ovaj mo\u0107ni antioksidans \u010dini grejp idealnim za va\u0161 imunolo\u0161ki sistem i mo\u017ee vam pomo\u0107i u borbi protiv virusa i bakterija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Grejpfrut tako\u0111e sadr\u017ei 2.270 mikrograma (mcg) likopena, koji je jo\u0161 jedan va\u017ean antioksidans. Kombinacija vlakana, kalijuma, likopena, vitamina C i holina u grejpfrutu mo\u017ee doprinijeti o\u010duvanju va\u0161eg krvotoka i srca. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/womeninadria.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/high-angle-lemon-grapefruit-arrangement-2-1024x684-1.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4410\"\/><figcaption>Detox napitak<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Za\u0161to ne smijete mije\u0161ati grejpfrut s nekim lijekovima? <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pacijenti koji imaju osjetljiv \u017eeludac, gastroezofagealnu refluksnu bolest ili GERB, gastritis ili \u010dir ne bi smjeli jesti grejpfrut jer ih kisele tvari mogu iritirati i na\u0161koditi im.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Me\u0111utim, vrlo \u010desto \u010dujete od farmaceuta u apoteci da ne jedete grejpfrut ili ne pijete sok od grejpfruta dok uzimate odre\u0111ene lijekove. Grejpfrut mo\u017ee blokirati enzim CYP3A4&nbsp;u crijevima koji poma\u017ee da se metaboliziraju, odnosno razgrade odre\u0111eni lijekovi. U slu\u010daju da je ovaj enzim blokiran, vi\u0161ak odre\u0111enog nemetaboliziranog lijeka mo\u017ee ostati nerazgra\u0111en i nakupiti se u va\u0161em krvotoku, uzrokuju\u0107i povi\u0161enu pa i previsoku koncentraciju lijeka u krvi. Neki od lijekova na \u010diji metabolizam mo\u017ee utjecati grejpfrut navodi i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fda.gov\/consumers\/consumer-updates\/grapefruit-juice-and-some-drugs-dont-mix\">FDA<\/a> : atorvastatin, lovastatin i simvastatin (statini, odnosno lijekovi za sni\u017eavanje holesterola), feksofenadin (lijek za alergije), nifedipin (lijek za krvni pritisak), ciklosporin (imunosupresiv), budesonide (za ulcerozni colitis i Chronovu bolest) i buspirone (lijek protiv anksioznosti).  <\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/womeninadria.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/thumb_DSC_0185_1024.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4408\" width=\"471\" height=\"688\"\/><figcaption>Detox napitak s grejpom i \u0111umbirom<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Priprema:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 komad korijena svje\u017eeg \u0111umbira, cca 5 cm du\u017ein<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 crveni grejp<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 limuna<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 \u010dajna ka\u0161i\u010dica kurkume<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">agava\/med po potrebi<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Obzirom da su grejp i limun sigurno prskani potrebno ih je namo\u010diti 30 min u rastvoru sode bikarbone (1 ka\u0161i\u010dica SBB na 0,5 l vode), te isprati i isje\u0107i na kri\u0161ke. \u0110umbir o\u010distite i ogulite, te isjecite na tanje kri\u0161ke. Sve skupa stavite u lonac, dolijte 1,5 vode i kuhajte 20-tak minuta. Nakon \u0161to ste maknuli s vatre va\u0161 napitak, dodajte u njega ka\u0161i\u010dicu kurkume i promije\u0161ajte. Mo\u017eete dodati po potrebi i supenu ka\u0161iku meda ili agavinog sirupa, ako vam je napitak previ\u0161e gorak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prelijte ga u \u010dajnik ili bokal, pokrijte i pijte topli napitak tokom cijelog dana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dodatak meda u ovaj napitak nije obavezan, presko\u010dite ga ako poku\u0161avate izbje\u0107i \u0161e\u0107er.
