No, mo\u017eete li zamisliti ri\u017eoto s bundevom?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> Ri\u017eoto od bundeve &#8211; zar je mogu\u0107e?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oni koji su skloniji tradicionalnim jelima odmah \u0107e &#8220;sko\u010diti&#8221; na pomisao da ukusan ri\u017eoto mo\u017eete napraviti s bundevom. Pa \u0107e vam re\u0107i, prije nego li su i probali ovaj neobi\u010dni specijalitet, &#8220;da ko je jo\u0161 izmislio da se ri\u017eoto mo\u017ee napraviti s bundevom?&#8221;. Pih, pa &#8220;Talijani bi nas izbacili iz svake ku\u0107e ili restorana kad bismo im samo pomenuli da bismo rado probali ri\u017eoto&#8221;. Me\u0111utim, nije ba\u0161 tako. Upravo su Talijani prvi osmislili recept za ri\u017eoto u kojem \u0107e dodati bundevu, kuhati ga u bijelom vinu, garnirati s divnim parmezanom i na koncu ukrasiti \u0161afranom. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A &#8220;otkud im je moglo pasti na um da ba\u0161 od bundeve prave ri\u017eoto?&#8221;, pitanje je koje \u0107ete zasigurno \u010duti iz va\u0161eg dnevnog boravka od svojih nevjernih uku\u0107ana kad budete objavili informaciju da danas za ru\u010dak imate na meniju ri\u017eoto od bundeve s bijelim vinom i parmezanom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Za one koji ne znaju upravo je ri\u017eoto od bundeve jedan od najpopularnijih recepata koji dolaze iz sjeverne Italije i koji Talijani ob\u017eavaju praviti u jesen i zimi. Vrlo je jednostavan za napraviti, a vrlo neobi\u010dan, razveseli\u0107ete svoje uku\u0107ane ali obradovati i iznenadne goste ovom neobi\u010dnom kombinacijom sastojaka, pomalo nesvakida\u0161njoj u na\u0161im krajevima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/womeninadria.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/Screenshot-2022-11-12-at-13.57.10-3.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4347\" width=\"675\" height=\"445\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Ri\u017eoto od bundeve i bijelog vina<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako napraviti najbolji ri\u017eoto?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0160ta je tako posebno kod ri\u017eota od bundeve i \u0161ta ga \u010dini neodoljivim? Ko je bar jednom u \u017eivotu pravio ri\u017eoto zna da je to naizgled vrlo jednostavno jelo, ali nimalo lako za napraviti. Pravi ri\u017eoto ima reputaciju jednog od najte\u017eih italijanskih jela koje \u0107ete po\u017eeljeti napraviti u svojoj kuhinji. A ustvari vrlo ga je jednostavno napraviti. Samo \u0161to trebate znati nekoliko vrlo va\u017enih pravila i par jednostavnih trikova majstora talijanske kuhinje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Talijanski kuhari \u0107e vam uvijek re\u0107i da se za ri\u017eoto najprije treba odabrati posebna vrsta ri\u017ee. Za ri\u017eote se najboljima smatraju ri\u017ee iz kategorije <strong>Arborio i Vialone Nano<\/strong>, a favorit svih chefova je odle\u017eani <strong>Carnaroli <\/strong>poput pijemontskog Aquerella koji odle\u017eava i do 7 godina, ili Scotti Carnarolija. Potom ri\u017eu treba tostirati 2-3 minute, pa je kuhati natenane, korak po korak, dodavanjem pomalo temeljce ili vode, da se ri\u017ea ne bi prekuhala. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Talijani za taj postupak kuhanja ri\u017ee imaju poseban naziv <strong><em>mantecatura<\/em><\/strong>, i to je onaj trenutak kad se ri\u017eotu pri kuhanju dodaje puter i parmezan sir zahvaljuju\u0107i kojima \u0107e va\u0161 ri\u017eoto postati rasko\u0161no kremast i ukusan.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/womeninadria.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/Screenshot-2022-11-12-at-13.43.20.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4339\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Ri\u017eoto od bundeve<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Postoje <strong>4 sveta pravila u spravljanju ri\u017eota<\/strong>, a evo koja su to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>NEMOJTE prethodno prati ri\u017eu prije kuhanja, jer \u0107ete tako ukloniti ri\u017ein \u0161krob, koji \u0107e va\u0161em ri\u017eotu dati kremastu teksturu. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ri\u017eu istostirajte 2-3 minute prije kuhanja da bi zagrijano zrno ri\u017ee lak\u0161e otpustilo \u0161krob koji vam je potreban pri kuhanju ri\u017eota<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>NEMOJTE koristiti hladan temeljac za pravljenje ri\u017eota, jer \u0107e hladan temeljac upropastiti proces kuhanja ri\u017ee. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kuhajte ri\u017eoto na laganoj vatri i postepeno dolijevajte vodu ili temeljac. Nikad ne dozvolite da se ri\u017ea zalijepi za dno \u0161erpe, pa zato mije\u0161ajte ri\u017eu drvenom ka\u0161ikom prilikom kuhanja svakih pola minute do minutu, a ponekad malo i protresite \u0161erpicu zbog ri\u017einog \u0161kroba koji u tren oka zalijepi ri\u017eu za dno \u0161erpe.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ako slijedite na\u0161 recept korak po korak ovaj ri\u017eoto od bundeve \u0107e biti va\u0161 poseban tajni specijalitet!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Priprema:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 ka\u0161ike ekstra djevi\u010danskog maslinovog ulja <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 g bundeve, oguljene i ise\u010dene na male kockice <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 ljute, chilly papri\u010dice, sitno mljevene<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 \u010dehna bijelog luka, sitno isjeckana <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>320 g Carnaroli ri\u017ee, Arborio ili Vialone Nano <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60 ml bijelog vina <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 l povrtnog temeljca ili vode <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 kockice putera <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>80 g Parmigiano Reggiano sira, sitno narendanog <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 ka\u0161ike svje\u017eeg per\u0161una,  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>so i biber, po ukusu  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zagrijte veliki lonac sa ekstra djevi\u010danskim maslinovim uljem, dodajte bundevu isje\u010denu na kocke i papriku i pirjajte \u010desto mije\u0161aju\u0107i 7-8 minuta, dodaju\u0107i malo temeljca da bundeva omek\u0161a. Mo\u017eete uzeti bilo koju vrstu bundeve, stambolku, hokaido, i mo\u017eete ju isje\u0107i na kocke i zape\u0107i u rerni, jer \u0107e tako ukus va\u0161eg ri\u017eota biti jo\u0161 bogatiji i rasko\u0161niji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ri\u017eu tostirajte 1-2 minute, u \u0161erpi dok ne postane prozirna, \u010desto mije\u0161aju\u0107i. Dodajte vino polako, mije\u0161ajte ri\u017eu i ostavite da vino ispari. Vratite bundevu u \u0161erpu sa ri\u017eom i promije\u0161ajte sve sastojke. Dodajte malo temeljca i mije\u0161ajte dok ri\u017ea ne upije sav temeljac. Nastavite da dodajete temeljac dok se ri\u017ea ne skuha. Kada je kuhana, sklonite \u0161erpu s vatre i ostavite ri\u017eoto da odstoji 2-3 minuta. POtom dodajte puter i parmezan i dobro promije\u0161ajte da se svi sastojci sjedine.
