Vrijeme je za mufine od bundeve! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Muffini od bundeve-zdrava u\u017eina<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Od bundeve mo\u017eemo napraviti razli\u010dite slastice i deserte, no danas vam nudimo recept za zdrave mufine od bundeve. Ovi su mafini savr\u0161eni kao zdrava i lagana jutarnja i podnevna u\u017eina, za va\u0161e \u0161kolarce ili za va\u0161u jutarnju ili popodnevnu kafu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zdraviji su od ve\u0107ine mufina koje mo\u017eete kupiti u du\u0107anima, jer su napravljeni od integralnog p\u0161eni\u010dnog i zobenog bra\u0161na, zasla\u0111eni pravim javorovim sirupom ili medom, a umjesto maslaca koristili smo kokosovo ili maslinovo ulje. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/womeninadria.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/muffini-bundeva.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3815\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Mufini od bundeve<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Neobi\u010dna kombinacija za\u010dina daje poseban \u0161mek mufinima<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ovi mafini od bundeve ne bi bili tako zavodljivo so\u010dni i mirisni bez toplih jesenjih i zimskih za\u010dina, cimeta, \u0111umbira, mu\u0161katnog ora\u0161\u010di\u0107a i karanfili\u0107a, koji ovim mufinima daju neodovljiv miris i okus. Ako ste u ovo doba godine ludi za bundevom, u\u017eiva\u0107ete u va\u0161oj popodnevnoj kafi ili \u0161oljici toplog \u010daja uz ove mirisne mufine od bundeve. Mo\u017eete dodati i glazuru od istopljenog \u0161e\u0107era u prahu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ovaj recept za mufine mo\u017eete prilagoditi i da bude veganski, bez mlije\u010dnih proizvoda, bez jaja, bez glutena. Veganski ako izbacite jaja, a bezglutenski ako dodate bezglutensko bra\u0161no i tapiocu umjesto p\u0161eni\u010dnog i zobenog bra\u0161na.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Priprema:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 jaja, sobne temperature<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bd \u0161olje javorovog sirupa ili meda<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> \u2153 \u0161olje otopljenog kokosovog ili maslinovog ulja<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 \u0161olja pirea od bundeve<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> \u00bc \u0161olje mlijeka (mo\u017ee i kokosovo, bademovo)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 ka\u0161i\u010dice mje\u0161avine za\u010dina za bundevu (ili 1 ka\u0161i\u010dica cimeta, \u00bd ka\u0161i\u010dice mljevenog \u0111umbira, \u00bc ka\u0161i\u010dice mljevenog mu\u0161katnog ora\u0161\u010di\u0107a i \u00bc ka\u0161i\u010dice mljevenih karanfili\u0107a) <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 ka\u0161i\u010dica sode bikarbone <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 \u00bd ka\u0161i\u010dicu pra\u0161ka za pecivo <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 ka\u0161i\u010dica ekstrakta vanilije<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bd ka\u0161i\u010dice soli<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> 1 \u00be \u0161olje integralnog p\u0161eni\u010dnog bra\u0161na<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> \u2153 \u0161olje zobenog bra\u0161na<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jaja umutite, odvojeno bjelanca sa malo soli, \u017eumanca sa javorovim sirupom ili medom, dodajte u smjesu \u017eumanaca ulje i mlijeko, umutite pa dodajte pra\u0161kaste sastojke prosijane s bra\u0161nom i za\u010dinima. Smjesu ulijte u kalupe za mufine, tako da ostavite 1\/3 kalupa prazne na vrhu, kako bi se mufini mogli podi\u0107i tokom pe\u010denja, i pecite u zagrijanoj rerni na 180 C 25 minuta, sve dok \u010da\u010dkalica koju zabodete u sredinu mufina ne bude suha pri izvla\u010denju. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ovako pe\u010dene mufine izvadite iz rerne i pokrijte 5 min suhom krpom.
