Virusi nas ponovo vrebaju i &#8220;zaska\u010du&#8221; nas iz zasjede, iako zima jo\u0161 uvijek nije zvani\u010dno zakucala na na\u0161a vrata. Stoga je ovo  izvanredno vrijeme za pripremu na\u0161eg tijela za zimsko doba koje nam sti\u017ee. I dok svi uglavnom pri\u010daju o garderobi i cipeama i \u010dizmama za novu sezonu, malo ko i razmi\u0161lja o tome kako bi trebalo prilagoditi ishranu i pripremiti na\u0161e tijelo za po\u010detak zime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nje\u017eno jesenje \u010di\u0161\u0107enje tijela od nagomilanih toksina<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Od davnina su se ove promjene godi\u0161njih doba smatrale idealnim vremenom za \u010di\u0161\u0107enje organizma i kure pro\u010di\u0161\u0107avanja kako bi se promoviralo dobro zdravlje. Prednosti jesenjeg \u010di\u0161\u0107enja uklju\u010duju smanjenje upalnih procesa, odmaranje probave, pomo\u0107 kod respiratornih tegoba gornjih disajnih puteva, smanjenje vi\u0161ka masno\u0107e, smanjenje nadutosti i vrlo va\u017enu alkalizaciju tijela. Sve skupa stavite u lonac, ullijte 1,5 litar vode i kuhajte 20-tak minuta. Nakon \u0161to ste maknuli s vatre va\u0161 napitak, dodajte u njega ka\u0161i\u010dicu kurkume i promije\u0161ajte. Mo\u017eete dodati po potrebi i supenu ka\u0161iku meda ili agavinog sirupa, ako vam je napitak previ\u0161e gorak.
