Treba je nahraniti, povratiti joj izgubljenu vla\u017enost pretjeranim boravkom na suncu i preagresivnim djelovanjem slane vode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pretjerano sun\u010danje o\u0161te\u0107uje kutikulu ali i keratin va\u0161e kose i treba je nahraniti<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Izlaganju suncu, naro\u010dito na du\u017ee vrijeme, zna\u010dajno o\u0161te\u0107uje kutikulu dlake, ali tako\u0111er naru\u0161ava strukturu prirodnog proteina u kosi, keratina. Na kraju dodajte med i izmikasnu bananu i avokado. Ostavite da djeluje 45 min, \u0161amponirajte i isperite kosu. Ova \u0107e maska, zbog nutritivnih svojstava avokadovog ulja, posebno dubinski nahraniti va\u0161u kosu isu\u0161enu od sunca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em>Maska s medom, \u017eumancetom i maslinovim uljem<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bd \u0161olje meda<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1-2 \u017eumanca<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 supene ka\u0161ike maslinovog ulja<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Izmije\u0161ajte \u017eumance i toplo maslinovo ulje, kap po kap, kao za majonezu, i na kraju dodajte med.
