Najljep\u0161e su ljeti, kad na pijace do\u0111u zrele, so\u010dne, mirisne, zlatno naran\u010daste boje od vrelog ljetnog sunca. Slatke su, ukusne i miri\u0161u na ljeto. Kad ih zagrizete iz njih vam po rukama curi preukusni sok zlatno \u017eute boje.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Poti\u010du iz Kine, gdje su predstavljale simbol dugovje\u010dnosti i besmrtnosti. Iz Gr\u010dke i Perzije su ih Rimljani donijeli u Evropu, a Evropljani odnijeli na ameri\u010dki kontinent.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Breskve su bogate antioksidansima i betakarotenom, koji joj daje predivnu naran\u010dasto-crvenkastu boju. Imaju i vitamina C, E, A, B3 i B6, te minerala kalija, mangana. Zbog niskog sadr\u017eaja kalorija idealna su pomo\u0107 pri mr\u0161avljenju. Evo, tog sjajnog recepta u kojem sam koristila i kuhani proso, koji daje posebnu svje\u017einu ovom kola\u010du.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/womeninadria.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/KOLAC-BRESKVE.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1436\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Kola\u010d s breskvama<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sastojci za biskvit:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3 jaja<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 \u0161olja kuhanog prosa<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">200 g bra\u0161na<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">180 g sme\u0111eg \u0161e\u0107era<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 ka\u0161. sojinog vrhnja<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4 ka\u0161. maslinovog ili kokosovog ulja<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 ka\u0161. putera<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 \u010d.k. cimeta<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 pra\u0161ak za pecivo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Krema za ljetni kola\u010d s breskvama: <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 smrznuta banana<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 \u0161olja kuhanog prosa<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">150 g dekstroze ili sme\u0111eg \u0161e\u0107era<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 \u017eelatina<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 vanilin puding<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 ka\u0161. sojinog vrhnja <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 breskve izmiksane<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4 isje\u010dene breskve odozgo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Priprema: ljetni kola\u010d s breskvama<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Skuhajte proso u omjeru 1 \u0161olja pros, 3 \u0161olje vode 15 tak minuta i ohladite. Potom izmiksajte \u017eumanca sa \u0161e\u0107erom, a bjelanca umutite u snijeg i lagano dodajte smjesi od \u017eumanaca i ostalih sastojaka na kraju. Umutite ulje i puter sa \u017eumancima, dodajte vrhnje, te prosijanio bra\u0161no i pra\u0161ak za pecivo i snijeg od bjelanaca na kraju. Prespite u okruglu tepsiju i pecite u zagrijanoj rerni 40 min na 180 C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kuhani proso pomije\u0161ajte sa odmrznutom zgnje\u010denom bananom, dodajte \u0161e\u0107er, vrhnje i izmiksane breskve i razmu\u0107enu \u017eelatinu na kraju. Prelijte kremu preko ohla\u0111enog biskvita.
